becomes communitymen to labor with the delinquent male members to induce
them to attend conferrence and brothers G. W. Goer and Marien Giles as a
special committie to wait upon and labor with brother E. H. Low in the same direction.

3rd Calling for matters gospelly arranged none

4th Calling for references on motion a charge be prefered against brother E. H. Low for
non attendence and on test of fellowship, he is hereby excluded from Cane Creek
Church. A charge be prefered against brother Albert Giles for non attendence and the clerk
is to notify him of the action of the church on his case.

5th Calling for miscellaneous business when brothers J. M. Thacker and J.E. Ellison are dismissed
from Cane Creek Church by letters by their request, and brother G. W. Goer and Joseph Goer
are appointed as delegates to meet with the Unity Baptist association at Plantersville, AL
That 1.50 be sent for minutes and associational purposes. That brother W. J. Bone is elected
pastor of Cane Creek Church for the next associational year.
